  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during product launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high demand.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

International shipping may be added in the future.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for reshipping costs

  • Orders may not be eligible for replacement or refund

Lost or Stolen Packages

Husaria Nation is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors or building management

We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Acts beyond our control

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
